How long does delivery take?+
If your order is placed by 3pm in Portugal, it will be delivered to CTT on the same day. We always work hard to get your parcel to CTT as quickly as possible.
Which delivery service do you use?+
Our parcels are delivered by CTT.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How can I exchange or return an order?+
You can easily exchange or return your order by emailing geral@jaggystreetwear.com.
At the moment, we do not cover return shipping costs.
What can I do if my order is sent to the wrong address?+
If the order has not yet been delivered (i.e. you have not received a delivery confirmation e-mail), you can simply send us an e-mail to geral@jaggystreetwear.com and we will change the address for you.
